Our Engineering Staff can help you in all phases of the design of your product's core. Pad Design is no longer rocket science, but more like a walk in the park.

All that is required of you is some simple dimensions and specifications. We can take that information, and provide you with core drawings for approval prior to manufacturing your pockets or drum.

Click on the above drawing for a larger view, to give you an example of the dimensions and specifications required. In addition to those, the following would be very helpful:

  • Machine Type (Manufacturer's Name)
  • Product Type (e.g. - Adult Incontinence, Fem-Hy, etc.)
  • Current Pad Specifications (i.e.- Thickness, basis weights, product weight w/o SAP)
  • Current amount of Core Growth after debulk/compression/calendering.
